Jan. 22nd 2010 - 12:41PM Hello friend, I’m excited about a new development. It’s what’s occurring on a little vacant lot about five miles from where I’m writing to you right now. When dad started this business in the barn 31 years ago I doubt it dawned on him that there would come a time when 18,000 smoked snacks a day would not keep up with demand. That day is now. Around July this year I’ll be hunting around for a flatbed trailer big enough to haul our beautiful Stainless Steel equipment to the brand spanking new USDA Snack Factory. When we’re settled in and if the numbers are accurate we’ll be looking at over 56,000 snack sticks each day! All this and remember these sticks are in no retail stores! This is all going to groups like yours, who want to make money. A simple formula for success: Great Products + Super Service = Growth You know when you taste a Country Meats Smoked Snack; a lot of things are different. It’s because we changed the rules. Instead of using the cheapest meat cuts and the fastest processes we did the opposite. We use only the best, leanest cuts of meat and the old slow smoking method that takes many hours to do just right. Real, fresh cut, hardwood chips, straight from a local saw mill. As far as service goes, we treat you like we would want to be treated, every time. We’ll ship to you the same day you order. We’re the people that answer the phones as real humans who care about you.
