How much is shipping?
A
We will ship your order to you for $9.80 per case by UPS® ground delivery. Your case(s) will also include 10 free Smoked Snack Sticks each, to allow your group to offset the shipping charge. So $89 per case cost includes your shipping. (**We will add $5.20 per case for shipping to AK and HI. Total cost, per case, for AK and HI is $94.20)

How many Smoked Snack Sticks are in a case?
A
There are 144 sticks that you pay for (6 bags of 24 Smoked Snack Sticks each) and 10 free to offset the shipping charge. A grand total of 154. Each one of the 6 bags may be a different flavor. Feel free to mix-n-match flavors to your liking!

How do I pay? When do I pay?
A
An approved fundraising group has 30 days until the invoice is due. If your fundraising group is not affiliated with an elementary, middle or high school, we ask for payment in full, in advance of shipment. If you are required to pay in advance of shipment the website will prompt you to pay now. If you are not required to pay in advance of shipment then you will get 30 days to pay and the website will tell you that. A paper invoice is also shipped together with your order to be paid in 30 days. You may return to your online account to pay your bill at anytime or mail a check with a copy of the invoice.

Do you have a minimum order?

We have a one case minimum order policy except for groups in California, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho and Washington, in which a 3 case minimum order would apply and Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona, in which a 2 case minimum order would apply.

How long until my order is shipped?

Country Meats snacks are very popular and we make them fresh daily so please allow 1-3 days for your order to ship. If your group is planning a large order, 20 plus cases, we ask that you allow us to schedule you in, because all of our Smoked Snack Sticks are made fresh daily.

What is the shelf-life of Country Meats smoked snacks?

One year. There is a "Best By" date printed on the lower back side of the "Easy Peel" packaging.

How do I store them? Should they be put in refrigerator or freezer?
A
Country Meats smoked snacks should be stored in an air conditioned room. Do not store them in a refrigerator, a freezer or a hot car, truck or suv.

What payment methods do you accept?
A
You can call in a with a VISA, MasterCard or check cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo. Your online account has a "Pay Now" button and it processes the payment via PayPal. PayPal online accepts a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute. Check cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated just like a credit card. If you already have a PayPal account with a positive balance or a bank account connected then you can also pay that way.

Do you accept purchase orders?

If your school requires you to have a PO# then we can reference it on your invoice. We welcome purchase orders as they promote an organized way to order and maintain good record keeping.

How can I find the status of my order?
A
Your online account will show you that the order has been shipped the moment it is ready to leave. You will also get a email from UPS to let you know you have a package coming from us. When the package arrives at its destination and is signed for you will get another email with proof of delivery, location and who signed for it!

How can I be sure that you received my order?

If your online account shows you the order you can rest assured that we have it and we are processing it for delivery. If there are any delays in this process you are welcome to contact us with the order # via phone 1-800-277-8989 or

What is our return policy?
A
Unsold Product may be returned for a full refund (minus initial shipping costs) within 60 days of purchase. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Why is my password visible on invoices?
A
Your password is visible on your invoice so you have quick and easy access to it. If you don't want it on your invoice then click here and go to your account to turn that option off. We do not store sensitive information like credit card numbers in our database.
